Do I have to become a member to use your service?

If you would like to use our online chat, or instant email services, you do indeed need to become a member. If you wish to request a quote for an individual job, you can do so using our contact form.

What is the annual membership fee and what does that cover?

Our annual membership fee is a standard $25 per year. The non-refundable fee is charged when you join and automatically renews annually on your anniversary date. The annual membership fee covers our administrative expenses and helps support our infrastructure so we can be on-call all the time.

What payment types do you accept and when do you process service fees?

We accept all major credit cards only. Annual membership fees are paid immediately upon joining and are automatically renewed and processed on your anniversary date (unless notification has been received prior to the anniversary date). For the Write Idea (Per Month) service package, monthly fees are charged on the first Monday of every month and will automatically renew each month unless notification has been received prior to the first of the month. For the Write On (Per Hour) and Write Stuff (Per Job) service packages, an estimate of the job is given and upon approval of the job the estimated fee is charged immediately. If the actual time delivered was less than the original charge, a credit will be given at the time of delivery. If actual time exceeds the quote, the charge will be processed at the time of delivery.

How do I find my anniversary date?

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply email us and include “Cancel Membership” in the subject line.
